ImROC is a not-for-profit organisation, hosted within the NHS by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. Our mission is to support recovery for all.

ImROC works in partnerships with communities to develop systems, services and cultures that support Recovery and wellbeing. We bring together the very best in professional expertise and lived experience from the UK’s leaders in recovery in mental health, including global experts Dr Julie Repper and Dr Rachel Perkins.

Our broad skill set ranges from frontline change in clinical practice through to strategic and cultural development at executive level.

As such we are just as comfortable delivering work with clinical teams as we are systems leaders. Working nationally and internationally, modelling co-production throughout, the consultant group brings together diverse talents, yet all share a common set of characteristics:
